i want to make my dash look exaclty brand new or get as close as it does . its reeally faded so i want to bring the vinyl back to new

you can use duplicor vinyl dye. It comes in a can and it's just spray on. Make sure you do a really good job cleaning the dash first, and it also might help to give it a scuffing with a scotchbright.
