I got the 87 hatch with fuel injection, and there are more wires and lines, and hoses... ect. under the hood than I've ever seen on a car lol... what can you do to clean it up a bit?

Thanks

obd1 upgade to lose the black box and 80% of the hoses. Reroute the water lines and electrical connections. That should clean up a bunch. I bought a car with features and functions in place like power steering and ac so I wont lose those functions myself.

I found a kit that converts from OBD0 to OBD1, but i wasn't sure if my car was an OBD0... if i convert to OBD1 and finally find my OBD0 B20a that I've been looking for will I have to swich back to OBD0 for it to work properly?

why, Ive got an obd1 accord and an obd1 b20a in the works. The b20a is simple just run a few wires and change the dizzy, the rest of the takes about a day

Thanks, I changed my mind, no B20a for me, I realized I have no clue what to do, or where to start, I'll probably convert tho OBD1, pull the engine, rebuild it, re route all the wires and lines... should help a bit

check out the obd1 threads... its not as simple as buying a conversion harness... as no company makes an exact kit for these cars...

but i agree a wire tuck will look good.. and the obd-1 swap really cleans up the bay... get rid of CC and a/c if it doesnt work... p/s if you want aswell but i myself love hondas p/s system
