Im going to send them to quaife to see if they have a setup that will work. Is anyone willing to sell me there extras for the comparrision. Itll go to a good cause. Mike

no that stuff is on its way. Im also comparing the internals to see about swapping trhe final drive ratios. think you could make a new countershaft?

Does the countershaft on these trannys have gears as part if it, or is it simply splined to accept the gears? It shouldn't be a problem, we have a rotary head on our Haas that can cut splines easily with the proper end mill.

yes it has gears built onto it. Id like to lower the gearing of the countershaft rather than find differnt regular gears just lower the final drive to 3.2 or something like that. Plus in the calulator, itll do like 195 mph at 8k in 5th. Let me know how to go about this. Im game
