No other way besides cutting it. My brother and I had the same problem on my car. 4lb hammer, air hammer, heating the bolt, nothing worked. Got 4" grinder and just cut it.

that is because the bolt and sleeve are rusted together. You won't be able to separate them, and the bushing is toast.

Looks like maybe the bracket caught on the bolt and it brnt it out. The frame flanges should be straight not all bent out. There pretty weak its easy to bend them. Maybe try bending the flange or tightening the bolt up again and get everything straighten back out. Or try using a C-clamp.

EDIT: maybe vise grip the sleeve and crank on the bolt.

Really a 4" grinder at Harbor frieght are like 25$ im pretty sure. Just grind the head off.

I got mine for $20 at one of those stores that go from city to city on an 18 wheeler.

Big Lots.. ftw! 19.95 , those chinez-tool grinder 's
have suicide switches so be carefull! I have one that I took the guard off of and put a sevan inch cut off wheel on.. dooly named "the death grinder" /I do not recommend doing that, but then I do a lot of stuff I dont recommend anybody else do.. LOL
Nothing stops the death grinder.. not even your death because the switch stays on..muah hahahaaaa, until it cuts it's own power cord... danger!

Try a Dremel w/ a diamond bit.

Like others said, you can't do it without cutting the bolt.

You will even have to cut it twice since the control arm is stuck there and you don't want to widen the cross member mounting point.

I ended up cutting the control arm on my car the last time I did it.
