My cruise control has gotten to the point where every little bump will cause it to disengage. Anyone know why this is? Thx.

wireing. maybe your brake pedal thinks its getting pressed of your clutch pedal

thats the only thing it can be, some wiring failing

it might be the switch on the brake pedal is going bad, remember on a cruise car it has two circuits, or the clutch switch is going bad or either one is out of adjustment. also do you have a five speed or auto? the auto has a switch on it,on the gear selector,if it's l;oose or misadjusted it will cause this.

Could be the ring and brushes behind the wheel....

When I bought my car, I had the same problem comming from the upper clutch switch. I adjusted the switch and everything worked fine after.

That sounds like a good place to start. Thx. Are you thawing yet?

My vote is on the clutch pedal or brake pedal switch. Mine was the brake pedal switch.
