injector resistor box

is it possible to use 2 injector boxes on our cars if we are using megasquirt? basically i am told that i shouldnt run 4 injectors from a single port, and it would be better to split them off into 2 different ports. anyways, is it possible to hook up a resistor box to only power 2 cylinders?

Yes you could do that. You could also split the 12V wire from the resistor box to two (or even 4) wires and connect to the MS that way.
