OK My illumination box burnt up from a wire on the radio touch metal now the car wont crank but if i push it off i cranks but it spudders bad but it wont crank by the key so i thought it was the fuel pump but it still wont crank and its sparking on all cyl. i think it the ecu when i turn the key to acc the check engine lite stays on but the ecu dont blink and i checked the main relay its fine hellllllllpppppppppppp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

alright youve been on the site long enough for this man. PUNCTUATION IS YOUR FRIEND. I had to read that 3-4 times to comprehend it, seriously annoying when your trying to help someone.

Check the starter, and the ignition switch. By the sounds of things, your ignition switch is either grounded bad or burnt out completely.

and next time you put a radio in make sure to use the proper connectors and then tape them up

sorry man i was in a hurry. But what about the ecu not flashin when the lite is on.

If the car doesn't crank, check if the starter is working. If it is working, make sure you are getting 12 volts at the signal wire when the key is in the 'Start' position.

And as far as I know, the CEL will stay on until the engine is running.

it does i think. The ECU wont flash if its the starter, there isnt a code for that or the ignition switch.

You probably burnt out your fuse for your dash clock, which also feeds the ECU. Check the fuse, it's the fusebox under the hood- on the diagram sticker it should say something like "CLOCK, ECU". Give it a go, good luck!
