View Full Version : aftermarket valve cover?

does anyone know if there is a aftermarket valve cover for our cars. What i would do to have a mugen cover. If there isnt ill probably custom fabricate one :), But whats a knock off compared to something real right. Well let me know guys i know im in for a disappointment.

Oh and where can i get a digital dash. MAN I WANT ONE..

theres a mugen one....carotman i think had one...but you can always jus polish yours or paint it....also, use an a18 one is 10x better lookin

yea i looked at his page b20 engine swap. Im probably going to make one :) should be a real pain in the arse.

they're just stock ones powder coated.. probably look nice but if you're careful you can make a nice one with a rattle can for a lot cheaper

Do people really pay that for powdercoated valve covers? Hell the shop nearby will do it for like $30.

Aircraft stripper. You can get it in a spray can like paint at an auto parts store. Spray it on, let it sit for a few minutes and then wash off the pant and stripper with a garden hose or pressure washer.

i suppose if you want to be different you can shave off all the words/letter/lines. i dont think it would look too good though

It's a carbed valve cover. It's one of the gold ones with the screw on emblem instead of the sticker.

mine is a sticker and it has no lines on it so im debating to paint it or not, if i do its going blue to match my car. It pisses me off in a way but it is a upgraded engine. no idea what it is, never looked. and also the previous owner rattlecanned the calipers and the disc, looks awefull but im gonna strip it off.
