you can always get a hold of a semi running lxi 5speed so you can do a swap on both lol

I doubt a Civic Carb is going to jetted for a 2.0L
and no EFI stuff from a Civic won't work to swap a Carb accord to a EFI one, you need A20a3 Parts for that

^^ the only carbs worth spending the time to swap into this car are the webers in my opinion. Everything else is just a pain in the ass. I guess you could do bike carbs, but why not just go with 45 DCOE webers? I'd say just go with a 38 weber. It's really easy to install, and you get a huge boost of power. If you go that route also pull the intake manifold and portmatch it while it's off. That's another decent boost.

Port match the head or port match the manifold?

your question is a little vague from my viewpoint, I got carbs off of Mazda trucks but heh they were Weber 32/36. You can get the adapter for a weber and open up your options. Holley 5200 series family of carbs are essentially 32/36 clones and come on a lot of different cars.
If you can take a used carb off another Honda as mentioned here, by the time you are done getting it all back together on your car you will have all the skills needed by then to do the Weber swap. trust me

You can portmatch both, but I just did the intake manifold since I didn't want to pull the head at the time. mainly I cut out the dividing wall where the carb bolts on, and widened the opening to match up to the adapters. I also port matched where the manifold bolts to the head. I'll probably grab a head from the junkyard, and get do a full rebuild on that, and get a shop to do a port and polish for me since I'm too scared to touch the head.
