So, anyone wondered how 3geez looked like in it's early days? Check the Web Archive!

This is the second board we had after the 1st one was shut down.
http://web.archive.org/web/20010531010658/pub63.ezboard.com/b3gs

We got tired of EZboard and moved to automotive forums

http://web.archive.org/web/20020205073233/www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=1014

Then we moved here :)

It's hard for me to believe that this year I'll have had my '89 for 7 years. It was a relatively-new 12 years old when I got it. Now it's heading for 20.

I saw a reference to 3geez.com on an eBay description. As soon as I got here, I knew it was the key to my SE-i's survival.

I miss the fights with nate myself. I loved reading those. It was like 2 dimensional reality TV. Was he the 1st officially banned from the board? Somethng about gay comments toward another member?

Oh yes the memories.

Dude great find carot!!! I still remember that day when the first ezboard was shut down by the first administrator and I was scrambling to build a new ezboard for us. I had like 20 AIM sessions going on at once. With a lot of people's help we were able to get the new ezboard up and functioning really quick.. I just got the board up, you guys are the ones who filled it with all the great content.

I have had the privilege of doing some major jobs on the car twice since joining this forum.

What would you call it if talking to the uninitiated? If I say "board" they don't know what that is. Would "online automotive forum for 3rd generation Accord owners" work?

The credit goes to Brian, who at the time asked me if he should start a message board, and I said heck ya. Justin with the 88 turbo was also involved. We were the founding fathers....

most people i talk to have are vey limited knowledge wise, so i call it 'a place for cars like mine'

ahh... its been a while. was never on the old boards but this one has served very well, props to all the mods and foundation members. the fights w/ nate were pretty funny, i think he was banned for posting the goatse.cx pic a few too many times when someone would ask a noob question.
