ECU Problems

i have a 86 honda accord lxi hatchback and i think the ecu is dead. the check engine light does not come on when i turn on the ignition. from my research i've come to find that either i have a bad ground connection, a fuse is blown, or there is somthing wrong with my wiring harness. my led does not flash on my ecu and i've checked for the fuse and it is ok. my main question behind all this is does anybody know where the ground(s) are on this particular model. thanks in advance.

the grounds are in the enginebay near the injectors

my grounds were complete shit redo with at least 8 gauge wire if you can 4 gauge make sure to take a voltage meter to grounds to, grind paint off

Silly question here but did you check the blub. just try swapping it with another in the dash. And What exactly is your problem ,no start, no turn, doesn't run right?

yeah i did change the bulb and plus the led on the ecu dosen't even light up. the engine turns but does not crank up.
