It's all up to you. Depends on what you like more really. I did exhaust first one mine, next on the list is rims, and I'm gonna completely ignore sound. heh. I like the rims though. Very nice.

I've got 2.25 mandrel bent on mine with a magnaflow muffler, and it isn't raspy or tinny at all. I've heard that headers sometimes makes it sound raspy though, but I wouldn't know.

a header is usually wat makes it raspy/raspier. i would say go with a sound system and rims. you need the exhaust. but its all up to you...get some 16s instead though

like the rims. as for what to do first... ...you do have an scca sticker on your back windwheild, so in keeping with that theme, I say good wheels/tires first, then brakes, then exhaust. I'm over the sound thing b/c it's way too easy to walk out one morning and see it all gone. Make it sound good, but not overkill, and make it fun to drive IMO.

oh, btw, discounttire is a very reputable place to buy wheels/tires. I've bought plenty of tires from them in the past.
