I recently rebuilt my card on my 89 accord. When I did the rebuild, I drilled out the rivets that hold the choke coil so I could do the rebuild.
The car runs great when warm. The problem is when I start up first thing in the morning it seems to run too rich for several minutes. I checked the choke valve, it does open when the car gets warm. I rotated the choke coil to open the choke valve as much as possible.
Are there other adjustments that affect flow of gas into the engine at cold start up?
