does anyone know if an MSD tach adapter PN 8913, is able to drive a stock tach? i never really thought too much about it when i bought it. anyways, asides from the negative and the positive wires for the module itself, it has 2 wires that are installed inline the 12V+ wire on my EDIS coilpack. anyways, it has one wire that goes out to the tach itself. the weird thing is that on paper, it says its able to drive pretty much any tach including that giant rice tach i had. i just happen to know that my rice tach is negative coil driven, but the instructions says it turns a 12V supply wire into a 12V signal output. im kinda clueless as to whether or not this adapter will work on my car anymore.
