View Full Version : Me Want Clears!!!now!!!

Does any one know where i can get some nice factory looking clear tails for my car nothing to cheesey:rice:
or some half red half clear
Right now i've tinted the amber part red but they are starting to fade.Ive also covered up the reverse lights whith white vinyl.

any help????

There are no clear's for our car. You have to make them.....thats easy tho....just let your tail light soak for a while in VERY HOT water, and slowly but easily pull the amber lenz off, go out and buy some fiber glass, or at home depot I think you can get the stuff that you see in office buildings that cover the tube lights, cut the right size square out, throw the peice in the microwave for a minute or two just to get it weak, then mold it to the stock amber lens, go out buy some VERY reflective paint, either crome or some sort of Reflective Aluminum color and paint the inside of that area, make sure you take the bulb out lol, and you should be done, get all that rubber shit off and get some new shit and mount it. then your done. Its a very easy process, but its time consouming, you wanna be very easy with everything you do cause your tail lights are 15 years old and break easily.

itz a very hard and time consuming process yasu (yk86) has em on his car and has a how to on his site www.geocities.com/kimurayasu and yeah it is difficult but achievable................hope that helpz:pimp:
