well i took markmds89hatch's idea and did it myself we want to start a poll about what you have for rotors, where you got them and what you rate them on a 1-10 rating, list prices also and if you felt they were worth the trouble of putting them on sound good??

k, I'll start....

Both Front and Rear:
Brembo Cross-Drilled Rotors
Axxis Metal Master Pads
BF Goodrich Braided SS brake lines

I love the setup. The pads throw a rediculous amount of dust, but they bite harder than any other pads I've used. The rotors have been just as good.

I highly reccommend this setup.

It's been at least 5 or 6 years since I bought these, so I couldn't begin to guess what I paid for them.

..PS guys, after everyone chimes in (I'm guessing in a few months) I'm going to work on getting an info thread together based on the responses and sticky it.

I like the QS pads, too. I have had a set on my car for about three years.

These are the second set I've had on the Accord and my brother uses them on his BMW. They really are quiet and they are low dust pads, couldn't ask for more.

Old setup.

Brembo front and rear cross drilled with KVR Carbon kevlar pads. Good all around no probs. Could definately hear a snap/crackle and pop when brakes applied. Not bad though

cost for the rotors dont remeber it was back in like 96-97 Im going to guess likt 70-90 a piece.

Pads about 40 a pair. Not recomended for cold weather! When warm have a good bite and little dust.

current setup

AEM front and rear 2 piece rotors with KVR pads. (4piston calipers in front)

Price on rotors Im going to guess about 350. quality seems goo no probs so far. Pads are still the same in the rear and the calipers in the front came loaded with new KVR pads. So far I am happy with the results.

You said it! I also like the lower dust. I resurfaced my rotors with a brake-tru on the car resurfacing kit. With the use of these ceramic pads I am still on my original rotors at 286K miles.
