i have a set of these i pulled out of another car just laying around. they are 6.5", i have no idea how old they are, they are rather dirty but appear to be in okay shape (no ripped or dented cones, the rubber seems to still be in tact, all the wire connections look good). anyone know anything about these speakers, or even better, have a set in their car? ive been thinking about replacing what i have now (Lightning Audio [division of Rockford Fosgate], xmas present from my sister, less than 2 years old), but i dont want to put the work into it if the sound quality isnt any better. i still have the stock head unit and wiring. there are no other upgrades to the system other than the speakers.
