Window De-foger not working

Hey peoples
Ok I cannot get my front window de –forger/blower to work. It did work when I first got the car but now it won’t switch to blow out the vent near the front window. It will blow every where else (feet out the vents for your face etc.). I don’t know why it just won’t blow on the window it gets annoyingly foggy. I sometimes just have to drive with my head half way out the window when I can’t find anything to wipe it with.

sometimes the solder joints in the controls for the heater stuff out on the switch part. that might be the problem. otherwise an actuator might be stuck??
