Best place to wire into Acc power?

I know you can wire into the accessory power in the back of the stereo ( i already found it when i installed my stereo) but is that the best/safest spot? Stupid question, that wire is hooked to a fuse right? Where else can i wire it into? i dont need much voltage. Also how would i do that? I wouldn't just solder a wire into it would I?

on the fuse block under the lil change holder
ther are 3 posts going from right to left
1st im not 100% sure of
2nd is acc power
3rd is illumination
