86 LXI wont stop smoking

hey guys, Im the one with the accord that had been sitting for a few years, anyways I changed the oil it came out all runny, put a couple gallons of gas in, it starts up purrs for about a min. then starts running rough and the smoke starts comming out the exhuast a burnt rubber smelling smoke, it just keeps getting worse the more i let it run, could water in my gas cause this? anybody ?

when there was a bunch of anitfreez in my exhuast it smoked like hell and stunk but did not effect the way she ran
