Has anyone here lately used this company, I have a set of extra injectors that I want to have cleaned and tested by them. I read some post that some of the old members recommemded them, but just want to know if anyone recently has dealt with them.
Here's there website http://www.rceng.com/
Thanks for the help

everyone on H-T rants and raves about how awesome RC injectors are.If it werent for the cheapness of DSM injectors im pretty sure everyone here would use them too

There was a thread a while back on h-t about some problem with RCs, I searched for it but can't find it..but it was only with one specific size/type of injector, not the typical 1000cc peak and hold most turbo guys use..

Yeah I remeber that I think it was the 850cc p&h or something. A bad batch or something they said.

I had my stock injectors cleaned by them back in like 97 and even back then it was a quick turnaround with a legible readout sheet.

I know that was a long time ago but I would use them again.

I bought two OEM injectors from them a number of years ago. They said they would occasionally test for Honda so they had some "barely used" ones for $42 each. Honestly, I think it was in 2001. Just as good as new ones as far as I can tell.

I'm running RC 550cc with no problems. I had them in for almost 2 years now.

Yeah, can't go wrong with RC at all.

I am not sure if it is RC or another company, but that they use the same injector and just bore them out to flow more, then balance them. I don't know if this is the standard for all injectors or not, but I have heard that as a complaint against them, and a reason they are more affordable.

Also I have heard they have a rather high minimum pulsewidth, but I haven't been able to find stats on RC vs stock or even RC vs other aftermarket injectors, so that statement doesn't really hold up without data to support it.

I think they are probably totally safe to use. :) And the price is right.

So, how much is the cleaning/testing service vs the cost of new alternative aftermarket (precision, etc) injectors?

$96.00 + shipping for all 4
