havent used this company before, but they are plenty bright enough. though the only problem i see with them is how to get the needle to glow also as i belive the 3g is front lit not back lit.

I have a set in my car, and they're awesome. Plenty bright at night, although it's a little hard to see the needles. The solution for that is to paint them with uv paint, and put a couple of uv led's in.

the needles can be painted very lightly with a florescent type paint, some of the members have done it

I have not added any reverse glow gauges, but last time I had the cluster apart I painted the needles with fluorescent orange paint from the hobby section at Wal Mart. I like the look much better and they become more visible even on the stock black gauges.

i love mine but you def want to swap the top stock bulbs to uv leds makes a huge difference lol also paint the needles with a uv or glow paint of your choice it dose get easy to drive without but can be annoying at first

oh and take all the stock bulbs out of the back of the gauge cluster if you dont they still light up and look kinda like poo lol

no it doesn't. You have to paint them with a paint that fluoresces under U.V. light. I still need to pick some up for my needles. Anyone know where I can buy that kind of paint?

hmmm. I haven't had mine in my car too long. I nabbed a few from Bitesize when I went up to help him part out his car. I've got them wired into the front lighting for the gauges so they're hooked up to the dimmer and everything. They seem to be doing alright now. I guess only time will tell how long they last.

if u take off the needles. take the 2 screws off and ten take the face of the speedo and tach off. then sand scrape or use somthing totake all the color and numbers off . it willbe clear. then do the led mod or get leds inside your dash. and get the link off here and copy off the white guages on glossy photo paper. put those over the now see thru clear guage faces and when u turn them on the leds will light up the whole faceand it will look like the indiglo ones pictures above in this post. . i did the leds. and thhey werent bright enough. thru the stock faces. but my friend scraped some stuff off the back and it made them brighhter on his . so i tried that but my guages were different than his and it was not so well. so on mine i carefully scraped the while letters off the front and now it looks awesome to me . some of u may not like it but thhats what i did. i like it. now my guages are black with medium dark grey numbbers in the day. and hella brighht blue numbers at night. i thought some of this may help people on here customize theirs
