New project! '89 LXi

so a few days ago i was riding to my boy's house in the ass of my neighborhood and saw this black LXi running around, muffler cut off at the cat and pulling E-brake turns on a dirt road leading to a farm. i chase him down, driving my '88 LX, and he informs me he wants to get rid of the car for a $1,000... further saying he only paid $100 for it and he's extremely unsatisfied.

...needless to say i only bought it for $150, but most definitely a steal.

Sunroof works beautifully, the alloys aren't even scratched, motor is surprisingly in good shape, currently an automatic (but i'll be putting in my E2 transmission with the beefy clutch sometime this month), motor has some compression issues but they're minor, little to no rust on the entire body, and no recorded accidents. best $150 i've ever spent

I loved the "sawed off at the cat" part. Too funny. Nice save prolly make a nice car once your redo what ever that person has done to it.
