stuck windows

its not too technical but i need a quick fix to stuck windows.. they get stuck so bad its pulling the rubber up with the window when i raise them

they are electric and it just becomes a mess.. i would like to free up my stuck windows.. they were previously oiled so that was a bad idea.. any help would be appreciated

i just simply used kitchen flour... it works wonders.. its crazy how kitchen supplies come in handy
