does anybody know how to adjust a cable clutch... my clutch you basically have to let the whole clutch out for gear to engage!!!

There is a black slotted knob at the clutch cable bracket on the tranny housing. Now you should have a small rubber lock tab at the bottom of that knob.

Depress the lock tab rotate the knob clockwise to tighten until you have about a 1/4 inch of play.

If you don't have the rubber locking tab at the bottom of that knob, the adjustment won't stay after you engage the clich pedal a few times you will loose the adjustment.

you can download the manual.....just make sure to do it when the engine is cold....i burned my hand on the upper radiator hose...trying to adjust my clutch

like messy said when cold or you well have a burnt arm. Down is tighten and up to loosen. so if your knob is in the middle or even 3/4 to the top go half and try it. an so on.
