the wonders of satin black paint!

i painted my wiper arms yesterday, and its a miracle how much it improved the car!

well i am sure not another soul in the world will notice, but the fact that i can drive aruond now and not get glare in my eyes is very exciting!

i might post pics if i get motivated, but imagine this in the mean time: NORMAL LOOKING WIPER ARMS! not worn out silver ones... :)

Did you have to take them off to paint them? If so, how?!

pop the hood... look for the 2 nuts to take off.... they have rounded heads (cant see the bolt until you take em off) all you have to do is take em off.. i did mine in stainless steel, lol

yeah SS would look nice too...

just unscrew the bolt (12mm i think) and bend the wiper arm, it should pop right off...

the rear wiper took some convincing to come off, but it did after a while!

I did the same thing to mine. I don't think that anyone will notice mine either, but they look much better flat black than oxidated paint and alumunium. They were pretty well stuck on there, but I had a ball joint puller laying around that made it pretty easy.

yep a really good mod i used bright aluminum on mine for da more flashy kinda look lol

I used alluminum for mine to (silver if you will) I'm doing my interior the ame color and my graphics are going to be that color (hope that I will have those by the next N.W. meet)

i took my rear wiper off and i will get the motor and everythang shaved. might as well.
