window.. borders?

i don't have a picture right now but i will have one soon of my car and what i'm going to ask about. around the windows (rear and sides) there is almost like a blackish film covering them. mine's falling off and it looks like shit.. how can i replace/fix that shit?

i have the same problem and im just ripped most of it off till i get a real fix
