so i found out my raditor is shot, is there any brands i should look for or stay away from? also will a 90 to 93 accord rad fit? now my options are $60 at the junkyard or $100 at parts place what do you think?

I'd get a new radiator and forget about it. I have a Spectra radiator in my 3rd gen and from what I know its pretty cheap. It is holding up well 4 years later.

I'd avoid the junkyard. I got mine new from Napa and it works fine. Radiator longevity probably has a lot more to do with proper cooling system maintenance than with the brand of the radiator.

I like Koyo. The core is all aluminum. You can find one on eBay for about $100.

I put a Koyo in the ex-wife's 99 Oasis. It's a 98 Odyssey with Isuzu badges for those that are not already aware. It was actually thinner and lighter than the OEM unit, surprisingly. Perfect fit and appeared to be decent build quality.

I bought it from these guys on eBay. It handled the 100+ degree days here, no problem. Also, the one for our Accords is cheaper than the Odyssey version.
