Ive purchase to universal 5/8 rubber drain plugs and they suck ass... but I do not have the money to buy a oil pan right now... So i was wondering if anyone has a suggestion of a good universal drain plug... Ive heard of some alligator thing but I really don't know if that is what its really called because when I as ppl about they look @ me like im a dumbass... if someone has come across one please send me the link or name!!! try that rubber one with some blue rtv or some teflon tape to tighten the threads

I sent you a pm earlier when I couldn't open the thread...

Autozone sells a replacement pan for like $65. It doesn't clear the a/c compressor very well, but it will fit with some finagling.

I would go that route. I just battled the same shit, and oil pan replacement was the only way to fix it. Car was leaving a big puddle with brand new plug and washer.

Why not try the junkyard?

Maybe JBweld one of these onto your current pan?

Yeah on the cheap welding a nut to the outside of the hole is about the only thing I could think of.

65$ for an oil pan that seems kinda cheap are you sure you can get one from them?
