Hey all,

Thinking of getting the suspension techniques rear sway bar, just wondering how the car's going to handle with a otherwise stock suspension (e.g. any bad manners like strong lift-off oversteer)?

Thanks!

If its the same bar they produced when i bought my kit i would consider upgrading to the 90-93 Accord sway bar. A member here has put it on his car and its much larger than the original 3rd gen bar.

i can confirm that the 4th gen accord bar works. i have one on my car. 22mm...at first i did not notice it...but that was when i drive under 30mph anything over that it grips well

i think a few people are running just the rear ST bar with stock front bar without problems

i definitely recommend upgrading any and all sway bars it made a huge difference to my ride

It bolts right in? I guess at least the bushings have to be replaced with 4g ones for the larger diameter of the bar?

It should have a hardware pack with the new bar so you should not need anything else.

is the place where it bolts to the body the same as with a 3gee? the 3gee bushing bracket has the annoying hook thing on one side and the one bolt on the other, not two bolts like generic bushing brackets

I have been looking for an alternative rear sway bar solution, but I would like to replace all the suspension bushings..
