Ive got an 87 accord (Carb) (A20) and a 90 accord (FI) (F22A1) and i was wondering if it were possible to switch the 87 to fuel injection and if so if there is a how to or directions somewhere on it

It's possible, but that 90 won't do you any good. You'll need a 1986-1989 Accord for a parts car. There is a how-to in the how-to section.

it is possible with the 1990 accord, but aaaaaallllllllllllll the effort it will take wont be worth it, easier just to get a 3g efi parts car

The F22 is OBD1 so some of the parts might be useful if you want to do an OBD1 swap. But the intake manifold isn't compatible so you'll need either another 86-89 EFI intake or get a B18 intake and modify it.
