Thanks for posting that, it's cool to see what the reviewers actually thought of the 3G Accord when it was new.
And regarding the "high-revving" comment, I suppose it was compared to some of the competition back then, and even recently. For example, the A20 revs higher than the 2.0L DOHC motor in my friend's 03 Focus.

wow, didnt know the FI head had a different cam, head compression, and exhaust manifold. wonder if their is power here for us carb guys?

a little, but id keep the carbed cam, use the exhaust manifold. The compression would be more work and very little gain...
