Ok So When i remove my IAC Valve should the motor be cool or hot?
And is there Water Inside of the valve? or other liquids???

Motor should be cool and if I am not mistaken there is coolant in there. I may be wrong though.

if your brave and relieve the pressure from the cooling system you can do it hot.
the bottom 2 hoses run coolant through it to keep it from freezing in cold weather.
