Should probably also mention that my car's still stock ride hide, and Sik's is obviously slammed. Good comparison between the two extremes in case anyone was wondering.

Heh. I'm getting ready to drop mine in the spring. Not as far as Sik's, but with maybe 1 or 2 finger gap between the tires and fenders.

Nice pics, sik sohc, i want wuts in that trunk lol. Paint the IC black when u put it on, will help u acheve the sleeper mod.
As for the ECU, u should've got a p75 its supposed to be one of the few ecu's whos basemap we can use once its turbo'ed.

Dam the pics look good. You can really see how low Sik_sohc car is. And your hatch is so clean turabaka.
If you want to go with a 1 and 2 finger drop, you're going to have to go with 2.25 drop.
That's what I'm running Gold-line Springs and tokico shocks

The hood pins are there for a reason. My bumper was kinda smashed, and so it pushed the hood latch down. Instead of buying a new bumper I just cut it out, and got rid of the latch.

oop sorry missed that. When we went out to do the photoshoot we tried a couple of rolling starts from about 20-30 mph. Mine is faster, but I also have a 2.25 mandrel bent exhaust. Headers should also be showing up at my door today.

not a lot heavier, check the specs
You do have "exhaust" if you have Lxi, it has pretty good flowing head pipe and downpipe, the only benefit of a header over that IMO is the weight difference.
Im not trying to start a rival, just curious how the two compare, since notbody has really done that here yet.

edti , no doubt the lxi can twist up pretty good, but the weber 38 has a simialar abillity with (again IMO) a little more grunt in the first powerband 2k to 3500 then plains out until 5000 where it gets another breath. The 88-89 lxi has that second wind as well.

When I got my pacesetter on, it seriously made the biggest difference out of all the other bolt ons. Definitely felt gains :)

I saw some (velvet) blue vht at summit superstore, I should have grabbed it because I can not find it here.
I am interested in seeing how yours comes out so please post pics.. I have rewelded the downpipe flange on this Hedman and the black finish is just falling off so I will need to recoat them.

Definitely good to know. I'm interested to see how much of a power increase I get since the manifold is my weak point at the current moment.
