I figured a nice DIY was in order :)
This is for an 86-87 front bumper, and is very simple and extremely sturdy and durable.
Materials:
-Fog lights of your choice(I used these) they included a generous kit with hardware and wiring.

-50mm corner braces(these will be used as the brackets)

-Basic hand tools
-Sheet metal screws
Step 1: Remove front bumper by removing the 4 10mm bolts behind the bumper lights and the 4 screws on the inner fender.
Step 2: Pop out the fog light covers with a flathead screwdriver.
Step 3: Position your corner brace in a vice, and drill a hole where you decided you wanted the fog light housing to sit in the corner brace.
Step 4: Position your corner brace on the bumper support, and drill one of the three sheet metal screws into the bumper support(to allow adjustability)
Step 5: Once the corner brace is aligned, drill in the remaining sheet metal screws and you will have something that looks like this:

As you can see, the 2inch corner brace fits PERFECTLY between the bumper support and the foam, so that will serve as your guide for placement.
Step 6: Install fog light housing without lense and align them to your liking

Step 7: Install fog light lenses, and reinstall the bumper in reverse order of removal.
Very straight forward and simple install. IMO the best way you could do it on an 86-87 front end. I'd rate it a 4/10 on difficulty. Takes about an hour to do with some patience. They are is easy to adjust and will not budge once you align them to where you like. The only downside is that you must make your adjustments perfect while the bumper is off, because the bolt that holds the fog light to the bracket it behind the bumper as you can also see in the pictures
The outcome should look something like this:

Now sit back, and enjoy your new fog lights
