Command Start

Has anyone put a command start on a 3gee with an OEM carb? If so, how'd you do it, and how does it work? I've heard of using a trunk solenoid on the throttle linkage to prime it... but for some reason, that doesnt sit right with me. Is that how you do it?

but i belive carbd cars have electric pumps to there just not as strong
