can someone post a performANCE LIST

HOPING SOMEONE CAN POST A COMPLETE INTERNAl PERFORMANCE LIST FROM OTHER CARS. TAT WILL FIT THE B20A INTERNALS .PLZ POST IM TRYING TO BUILD A PERFORMANCE B20A WITH 250HP NA . IV SEARCHED AND AL OF ITS DISORGANIZed .some people keep sayin naa that dont work so i need a for sure Answer what fits wat with some modification thnx guys.

First off, you want 250 HP N/A, i would hope you can try to search for yourself (and i know you said you had) and come up with your own answers. Do you own organization and search for your own answers. Squeezing out another 110 HP from an N/A motor is gonna be hard if you cant find your own facts.

Well, I see alot of people asking where to get that part and that part and another part from local USDM cars when rebuilding their B20A.

I will try to do a list of most of the parts available in the US for your B20A engine.


Here are the parts and the USDM engine/car it corresponds

does it really matter what parts fit or not??? I mean, if you want 250 NA then most of the parts will most likely have to be custom made..

B16A2 intake
B16A High compression pistons (mod wrist pin size to fit them) good for 11:1 compression ratio i think.
you can even use h23 rods in the motor so you can get aftermarket. (once again the wrist pin size differs)
modded h22 headers or b20a5 headers made to fit.
OBD1 swap
SOHC F22 adjustable cam gears X2
rjudgey style head work ftw

yeah i just listed what i want on my car, im half way there too, all i had to do was search long and hard :)

b16 pistons?? they fit the a20?? :dunno:

From JDM/EDM/CDM accords. Good luck finding one, they are pretty rare.

Cant you find them out of a [3rd? or 4th gen?] prelude? Not shure but someone told me this.

itd be in a 3rd gen prelude? but the ones in the preludes are a b20a5. not a b20a1

no you cannot get them out of any preludes except for maybe the 2nd gen preludes, but b20a powered preludes are even more uncommon than accords.

If you try and get them out of the 3rd or 4th gen preludes they will not fit. Totally different mounts, and the engine tilts the other way under load.
