I was so PISSED! its one of those things where if you saw it happening you would have to just choke the mofo no questions asked:mad:

I always baby my car and the body ( before this) was clean and STRAIGHT! except for a bumper that I recently replaced but this car was mint.

Any advice on how to fix this myself?

the one on top is almost a gash a little further in and it would have cut into the door!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SYMPATHY>

damn that sucks man :( and for fixing it i would just replace the door.. you could bondo and repaint but its alot of work and still will never look as good as a replacement would.. so just hit up the junkyard and if u cant find one that color get one in any color and just get some paint made of that color from car quest or something and paint the door to match

Sorry to hear that man. I'd be sick if that happened to me. Definitely hit the junkyard for a door. Just be really careful in making your selection. I've had bad luck getting body parts. They're so dirty when you look at them, it's hard to see any defects.

My colleague scratched my door like yours in parking space at work and she run away!
Really sucks, I feel your pain and anger 200%. If you can get same color door at junk yard, that would be the best in terms of its cost and finish.

You better take a piece of clean cloths with you and wipe the potential door clean to check if there is any dent or rust because it would be nightmare to find out that later! Also, even though the car was painted in the same color as yours originally, the way it faded and burned depend on how the car was used.
The best would be to take a small body panel such as fuel lid from your car with you to match the color exactly. Good luck.
