What should I do?

I have a 88 accord lx-i FI 5-speed. Bone stock
The car runs and drives good other then the alt./batt. issue I can't seem to solve.
Look like ass though....muli-colored,ding and dent and faded paint.
I don't won't the car. Should I try to part it out vie Internet ie:forums,graigslist,ect or would I be better off just selling it locally for a couple hundred?


Basically what I'm asking is...Is there enough of a demand for parts for these car to make it worth it?

where are you located? and IMO.. you should try to work on this car.. you will find that it is full of potential..

someone would buy your car for $200 as a mint parts car for a manual swap or efi swap or both, but its allways good to keep another one on the road.
