I started it up this morning (at about 3:00 am just to give u an idea what the weather was like.. hehe) to go to work..

The PGM-FI light came on and when it was running it stayed on. What a bad feeling...

So I pulled the code when I got home... and it's #13... The BARO Sensor (Atmospheric Sensor)... I think I found it.. that little bitch..

So anyone have this code? and What the hell? Was it the weather, or am I gonna be raped in the ass when I go to try and buy/find this thing?

I'm gonna reset my ECU and see what happens tonight/tommorow morning

the baro sensor is under the heater blower motor... check if it's still plugged in (someone might have kicked it)

Make sure it's actually 13 and not 12. If it's 12, check yout CVC valve.

Realy....I get the PGM-FI light all the time when I race the car, or I'm at a very high speed.

Ok well someone been monkeying around with your hoses and then some. None of those have anything to do with a CAI.

Thoses 2 hoses with black tape goto your MAP sensor the large black box on the fire wall passenger side.

The small black thing just hanging looks to me to be your Baro snesor which usually is inside the cabin but the heater box.

Very suurprised that you dont have a code but I am suspecting they may have done all that to trick the car into not coding out.

i got a short ram...the only thing that comes on is the pgm-fi light...after a few mins of driving...so all the hose are ok? and can be plugged and doesnt need to be going anywhere? the 2 hose that connects to my map was on the stock air box and the black box was also attached to the stock air box...

I have a cone filter on my TB the hoses to the valve cover I ran a small filter on until 6 months ago and no I run into an old peanut jar since it is letting oil slip past the rings.

You need to find a diagram of the vacuum lines and get it straightened out. Those lines go somewhere and not black taped off.
