i love Holsets 'cause they're cheap as hell, they're a 67mm turbo, they have a T3 flange for the exhaust side, and can support 450-whp on most cars. i used a Holset for a whole year until i got a hand me down from a friend of mine...i miss the down spool...how i miss it SO MUCH

well honestly i kind of mentioned the Holset as a joke seeing as how no Honda motor really requires a MASSIVE turbo unless you're trying to make an all out drag car. but it seems like all of us here are attempting daily driver machines. i thought the most popular Honda turbo setup was the T3/T4s?

Thats the worst powerband ever. lol. hp starts at 110@2500.
Turbolag ftl.

crazy, he makes more peak power than a stock or mildly modded 3g at only 2500rpm!

small motors can't spin giant turbos until high rpms. He has 3000 rpm of 250+whp, that seems adequete to me. He will be able to shift at 8500 and still stay in the power band, thats all that matters. I'm sure if this guy wanted full boost at 3500rpm he would have ran a 14b like the rest of the people who want instant power. ;-)

^^ lol i kno. Just saying. for me, thats too much turbo lag.

another great thing is he dosent have to go around town with his turbo spolling lol he can drive it normal and not have a huge power but once he steps on it he will lol

What you need is a 60-1 with a 3T stage II Turbine Wheel with a .63a/r that will do the job for you:thumbup:
