i got it off a grey SE-I...not sure what year...but im glad i finally found one after searching for a long time:)

the SE-i was only available in '89, and even though this was an option (although VERY expensive) for the LX-i's, again, I think it was only an option in '89.

The cover does look good too. I would get myself a spare back seat bottom to start on if I were you. I've been toying with upholstery work for about 10 years now. I started with my boat, then went on to car interior work, and it SUCKED. I love doing the work, but it's hard, and very time-consuming. Good luck with it, and mad props yet again for all the sick work you're doing.

thanks man..and yeah i was thinking of getting one of the seats from the yard depending on how much they would cost me and start there because im scared to ruin the seats i have now...there in good condition.

yeah, and get yourself a cheap set of hog-ring pliers, and a pile of hog-rings as well. You'll need them in order to install the new cover on the seat, and you can get the pliers for under $10 if I remember right.

Not too shabby for a first attempt. Not sure what I think of the calico interior, but whatever.

Do they not have those warnings in European cars? They've been in every Honda I've ever had.

Is that the stock color on the armrest? It looks like spray paint to me, too shiny to be stock even apart form being silver.

Nope, none of those here. Might be because 'lack of common sense' isn't legal grounds to sue someone over here ;)
