Quick question

I may be buying an 87' LXi for parts for my 88' LX.. Is this a wise choice? How much of the 87' will I be able to actually use, I'm really just getting it for the fender/bumper/ other parts my friend managed to wreck on my 88'.. I really need the bumper/headlight assembly tho, will those infact work 100%?

Anyway any help would be appreciated, I also want to use it to make my carb'd 88' into a PGM-FI if I really get bold and have some time..

i dont see why those parts you need would be any different... i believe the main differences would just be the ecu and the upper part of the motor. oh, and fuel pump/tank.

as far as the carb to fi swap, i dunno much about that. you'd prolly be best off using that little 'search' button. you can find anything with that...

Everything is still the same just make sure to swap everything if you do the EFI swap.

bumper and bumper lights are gona be a lil different but just buy looks the bumpers will swap over
it will be the opposite of a face lift lol
