I was going to say something clutch related, but I think Tomisimo probably has a good idea there.

I have a same problem so its solved, each time you step on it, engine shifts and you get a kick of some sort and the same happen when you stepp of the gas, right?
Well if you try to lean the engine by hand youll see, that it has some play, like 1cm or so. and notice the dogbone moves, it sudnt do that.

Anyhow that 12$ pieces of rubber can do so much damage.. on remaining engine mounts and more..
RockAuto.com have those - here #parts numbers
*Part # 8615 - $5.20
*Part # 8614 - $6.98

now's the time OP to research polyurethane bushings for the dog bone mount, as well as the others...mind as well, right? ;)

or wrap it in duct tape like others have done to help solid it up a bit :)
