holy hell.. i been to that same park.. took the camper up there and stayed there.. its a nice place.. :D and i bought some shit at that same gas station.. :) and if i remember right that rusted ol' car was in that same spot too..

wow, what a weekend, it went by so fast
I got the Lx up and ran it down the road... very loud but moves good.
I have to build the exhaust a little more before I can drive it around here.. not like out in the country

well it was about getting out of your place a while and visiting, picking up those evasive hatch parts so it's all good.
This weekend was a big send off for that track and it would have been standing room only I think, besides the extreme four class was feature race only. I like to watch those in heats and practice runs ( some honda's giving rwd usdm a little humility)
Im glad you ran across highfalls because I actualy suggested a GA meet there once. Nice park. There is an animal reservation not even a mile or two from there with another park too.

anticipation of the visit forced me to get the LX up to schedule, I was doing lower end stuff and saving you some work but then when you didnt show up I started doing the work I saved for ya so I would have something to bitch about LOL, and wound up taking a test drive about ten minutes before you called to meet up at the dariy queen. I would have taken it but didnt feel like discussing a loud exhaust violation. LOL
I think havihg fellow members close and communicatiing helps motivate us with our projects.. ehh

just made it home,i will load pictures in a while. US 1 all the way to Waycross then picked up, 82 to Tifton and through tifton to moultrie. most people forget how historic US 1 is. Runs all the way from Maine to Key west where it becomes A1A. We saw a ton of bikes on 75 on the way up, and plenty more heading down US1. A lot of bikers know that route. heres the wiki on it, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U.S._Route_1

if you ever have a chance to drive it,great route,i would take it over the interstate anyday. you can go around a lot of towns if you want,but it's best to take buisness 1 through the towns, you'll miss a lot if you don't. this is one of the oldest roads in the united states, everyone knows 66 but forgets about this one.

It's a great drive, you can go for miles and miles and see nothing whatsoever US 1 actually is a lot older then route 66 and it's almost 2000 miles from maine to key west.
