47 ft-lbs seems way to high for such small bolts. I would venture a guess that 20 ft-lbs is more than enough.

There torque charts for the bolt sizes. You can look them up on line. If its going into aluminium I would go 10% lower but most of the charts will tell you anyway.

20ft/lbs.

DO NOT use 12 inch/lbs, that will slip. Cam gear is definately not something you want to slip.

here a link to the directions rendon it's a pdf file GE Gear (http://http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/includes/templates/custom/images/CamGearInstall.pdf)
if that doesnt work click here and look for cam gear instructions http://http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=3&chapter=0

Tighten the cam gear bolts to a torque of 18 ft-lbs to prevent the gears from slipping
during vehicle operation ( recheck the bolts periodically. Use Loctite®whenever possible)

Thats what it says
