(carb porn that is lol)finally getting somewhere, just takes forever to make each individual piece. the air cleaners are in,and i cleaned up the fuel rail from the fuel injected car, that carries vaccume across the front of the manifold. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020260-1.jpghttp://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020261-1.jpghttp://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020262-2.jpghttp://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020264-1.jpg
I had to redesign the bracket that holds the throttle cable, was too far down on the manifold, it now clears everything. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020266.jpg

When your done you could list the things you haven't modded, otherwise your list would be crazy long.

hahahaha!!!! glass case. But yes looks very complicated under there, Almost as bas as a single honda keihin carb lol but with pretty blue connections and braided lines, where do you get all your lines and fittings and are they cheap?

well they aren't metric, anything you use to go to a pipe thread or a metric thread, requires an adaptor. I've had to make a lot of special ones to adapt over to the factory honda stuff.

when it's all up and running i'll clean up that firewall, right now no point because i've got all the fitting to do, will run better once i get the cam in and the headers on to take advantage of the carbs. still waiting on stuff like the 45 degree angle -8 an fittings so i can hook up the oil filter.

fitting the brackets that brace up the manifold, still a ways to go on this design

http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020269.jpg
still have to do a small amount of porting on this one edge, the end ports are a straight shot, but the two middle ports need the edges ground some more. will get in there with a long die grinder. thats why i made the middle plate so thick, plenty of aluminum to work with. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020270.jpg
end ports you can see they are a straight shot to the throttle butterfly. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020271.jpg
oil filter adapter on the back of the block ,still need some 45 degree -8 ends to hook the oil lines up.

was trying to figure out how to get thee hoses for the power steering pump outlet, and i forgot these out of date aircraft hoses i've got are rated to 4000 psi. perfect for the pump outlet, nothing wrong with them, but stale for aircraft use. http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020275.jpghttp://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd158/lostforawhile/S4020276-1.jpg
