My findings: Valves, Valve Springs, Retainer measurements...

ok guys, I think I pissed off a few people begging for specs on the bisi springs along with the stock springs, and valve specs, etc.

So without any further blah blah blah, here's what me and my caliper came up with (the numbers in ( ) are the conversion to inch):

Valves:
Exhaust valves (1 per cyl, 4 total) (i know... ...duh)
Stem diameter: 6.90mm (0.272)
Head diameter: 35.04mm (1.380)
Total length: 120.57mm (4.747)
Stem top to start of first (and only) radius groove: 5.41mm (.021)
Height of groove: 1.9mm (0.075)

Intake (inlet) valves (2 per cyl, 8 total) (again... ...duh)
Stem diameter: 6.54mm (0.257)
Head diameter: 29.97mm (1.180)
Total length: 120.37mm (4.739)


Springs:
Exhaust Valve Springs (dual springs)
O/D of Outer spring: 31.00mm (1.220)
I/D of Inner spring: 16.50mm (0.650)

..Outer spring
….Total uninstalled (uncompressed) height: 48.50mm (1.909)
….7 Coils per spring
….Wire diameter: 3.84mm (0.151)
….Coil Bind: 26.88mm (1.058)

..Inner spring
….Total uninstalled (uncompressed) height: 41.70mm (1.642)
….8 Coils per spring
….Wire diameter: 2.65mm (0.104)
….Coil Bind: 21.20mm (0.835) (this number doesn’t matter as the outer spring has a much higher bind height)

Intake Valve springs (single springs)
...who cares... ...no seriously though, I'll get these measurements one day.


Retainers:
Exhaust Valve Spring Retainer
2-step retainer for dual spring
Total diameter: 31.10mm (1.224)
..Thickness at outer spring seat: 1.45mm (0.057)
Diameter at first step: 22.78mm (0.897)
..thickness at inner spring seat: 4.28mm (0.169)
Diameter at second step: 16.00mm (0.630)
..total height: 8.10mm (0.319)
Diameter of opening at top of retainer for stem/keepers: 10.76mm (0.424)
Diameter at bottom: 9.16mm (0.361)
give me a second and I'll find out that degree of the keeper in a bit. (it's after midnight, and my brain shut off at least an hour ago.)

Total diameter: 30.97mm (1.219)
..Thickness at outer spring seat: 1.40mm (0.055)
Diameter at first step: 22.92mm (0.902)
..thickness at inner spring seat: 4.25mm (0.167)
Diameter at second step: 16.10mm (0.634)
..total height: 6.37mm (0.251)
Diameter of stem hole: (I'm a dope and forgot to get this. I'll do it tomorrow and post it up).


So that's what I got. If anyone wants to call the worlds least expensive caliper and my 'should be shut' eyes way off, or even slightly off, please feel free to do so.

While I have a few of these heads off the shelf, somewhat disassembled and on the workbench, does anyone want any other measurements?

Correct. Sadly, I don't have any Bisi springs, and they're not in this budget at the moment. The valves I'm trying to track down are going to cost enough, along with the valve seals, cam, pistons, rings, rods, bearings, etc etc etc.
