hi..

im going to swap my 4th gen civic 4 doors with b20 series,
but im cant find b20a complete engine, autotrans, wiring, ecu, ect.
can i use b20b ecu and wiring to plug in to b20a auto engine ?

i choose b20 because it has big torque, than b16 and im going to choose for automatic tranny..

thx before

you can use a PK2 ecu from a 3rd gen prelude 2.0si on a B20A

in junkyard only available :
- b20b : engine, ecu, wiring, and no transmision
- b20a : engine, auto trans, no ecu, no wiring

i cannot find any b20a wiring and ecu everywhere in town at this time
only available B20B's ecu and wiring.
will it fit normally? (a little remap its ok if needed.)

i'm going to take b20a engine and trans, with b20b's ecu and wiring,
or just take B20B engine, ecu, wiring, and b20a trans ?

You're going to put a B20A in a Civic? The mounts for the B20A are completely different from the B20B or any other B-series motor...

Yeah... don't put a B20A in a civic.

You can use a B16 or B18 transmission with the B20B. Don't bother with the B20A.

There is no VTEC B20. You sir, are confused lol.

There is B20A(Accord and Prelude), B20B(1st gen CRV), and B20Z(2nd gen CRV) All non-VTEC motors.

The B20A's are weird and don't fit in anything but the cars they came out of aka old ass Accords and Preludes. Don't even waste your time with that motor in a civic. Way better options and it won't even come close to fitting right.

Hmm B20A in a Civic, that is definitely much cooler though. :)
