89 accord lxi

I am new to this forum and have just acquired an 89 accord 2 door for 200 dollars that needs a clutch and valve seals. was wondering if valve seals would cause it to leak out the breather and if so how do i replace them

valve stem seals tend to cause a motor to smoke on a trailing throttle.
could be blow by.
duz it blow blue smoke while accelerating?
worn rings would cause that and could also cause a leak round the valve cover area which can be caused by blow by
